Hey there everyone, i am tequillasim94, yes the name is as it implies Very Happy

I am from L.A. originally and no reside in the midwest. Much more cleaner and friendly. I am happy to say that i have no gray yet, but im sure as I am raising two teenagers that unfortunaly it is on its way, lol Crying or Very sad

If any of you other members have teenage children to i say " oh man i feel for you" especially teenage girls. Surprised

Anyway it has been really nice and a lot of fun building the houses so far. If anyone has any ideas i would love to hear them. SOmetimes i can open a lot and the ideas just come together and it takes no time to get the house done and other times i open th elot and just stare at the screen.

I would also like anyone who has an idea about certain ways ppl like thier houses, example bigger windows, smaller windows, more windows or hey maybe even you should maybe put in less windows, anyway that kinda stuff will be helpful. the more ppl we can get on the iste the better.

I've just introduced myself underneath you...so I'm like 3 minutes old here ( Laughing

) But just wanted to give you a wave and tell you that we're in the same boat as mothers of teens! So far I have a daughter who'll be 18 in two days a son who is 16 and another one who'll be 13 in 2 weeks.

As far as houses go--I'm a sucker for them.
I download mostly modern, but like different styles, too- except cutesy country (ie. seasons deco).
